Field Sales & Marketing Specialists, known internally as the “Air Team,” collaborate with our sales team to build brand recognition, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue with HVAC distributors. Typically recent graduates with backgrounds in marketing, communications, sales, or business, Air Team members are on a growth path toward roles in sales, product marketing, or channel marketing.
