Temporary Roles

A summer internship in engineering, operations, human resources, IT, or another department provides hands-on experience in your field of study while offering a competitive hourly wage.

A temporary Assembler position at our manufacturing plants in Madison or Poynette offers a fast-paced entry-level opportunity, with pay up to $26 per hour for individuals over 18, no prior experience required.

A co-op in mechanical engineering offers diverse hands-on experiences over multiple semesters, allowing you to gain in-depth knowledge within the field. Co-ops are competitively paid and are ideal for students looking to balance academic studies with valuable professional experience.

Full-Time Roles

Technical Product Support and Order Management roles also serve as an excellent starting point for recent graduates, offering in-depth knowledge of AprilAire products, solutions, and customer needs. Many team members enjoy making a direct impact through one-on-one customer interactions and use this experience as a springboard to grow into roles across engineering, marketing, and sales.

Field Sales & Marketing Specialists, known internally as the “Air Team,” collaborate with our sales team to build brand recognition, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue with HVAC distributors. Typically recent graduates with backgrounds in marketing, communications, sales, or business, Air Team members are on a growth path toward roles in sales, product marketing, or channel marketing.
